chrisvenusGod I feel tired at the moment. Not sure why but I'm not sleeping well at the moment which is not good. I think its probably related to me stressing at work with rather big deadline being about now. Currently work is looking quite good but being me this doesn't help me much. I worry anyway. :)
The world is being quite a good place at the moment. Well, I've not had a chance to go out and be sociable for a while but apart from that it is good. Being me as well I'm not overly botherered about the lack of socialising.
Wednesday was great. Sat down to watch stargate and it was a fairly good episode. Nothing special but enjoyable none-the-less. And then as the end credits rolled they let me know there was another one immediately afterwards and that was a fantastic episode. A real show stopper in my opinion in a lot of ways. Pulling the strings on one of the distant storylines tighter and bringing it into a new light. Basically they revealed major background on one of the big nasty races in the universe. It was mucho coolio.
Apart from that work has been quite nice. I've possibly not been working as fast as I would have liked but I think that I am working fast enough so that is good.
The weekend is promising to be fun if rather non-stop. I'm heading home (to london) tonight where I need to clear out moer of my room. I'll probably get back there at about 8-9ish, depending on traffic. then I need to start clearing my room out until it is at the stage where I have cleared out most things (or flagged them for my mum to do with as she will). That will probably be friday night and saturday morning. Anything going home then gets packed in the car before I chill out for a bit. Then at some point (as yet unknown) I am heading up to london to meet krystyna and gemma (one of krys's friends from college and now my friend as well cos she is cool (and allegedly may be reading this)) and then krys and I are going to see the Reduced Shakespeare company.
When that finishes we both head back to my parents house where we jump in my car and zoom off back to oxford. ETA around midnight then off to bed. Get up Sunday morning and off to refraction (vamp game) at lunch time and then after that an ST meeting with the people who are insane enough to want to take over the running of the oxford game.
Oh yeah, I probably should have mentioned that shouldn't I? I've given up STing and this time one of those taking over has instructions not to let me ST if he can possibly help it so no chance for me to slip back into the role. :) Its going to be nice to be free and at this current rate I have zero time to do the job so its definitely the right time for it.
Anyway, that's my jam packed weekend. After that ST meeting I will come home and go to bed and sleep lots. I have no work on Monday due to a day off type thing which is fab. I'm going to sleep late and then watch Buffy and Angel videos. I should probably make some kind of plan for the evening but I'm not sure if I can be bothered. Probably just have naybody who wants to come round come round and have a few drinks.
Anyway, an afternoon of work ahead of me before this hectic mayhem starts. And I'm starting to feel a bit funny. Kind of a hot feverish headachey thing. I think its just extreme tiredness things though. Certainly it doesn't feel like anything that is here to stay so its not too bad. :)
