How cool is this? I have a bbc e-mail address. :) I can (apparently) be e-mailed on chris.venus@bbc.co.uk. This is so exciting for me that its unreal. :)
I think that it comes as part of the package that contains a loging for their systems. It certainly automatically hooked me into their exchange server for internal mail and then at 8AM this morning it e-mailed me to tell me I had an external e-mail address as well. Pretty cool really. :)
And a really exciting thought just occurred to me. You could be working in the very same office as 'Subversive Captions Guy' ! He (or she) is, like, the biggest junklist celebrity ever !

Apparently I am unlikely to work in the same office as him since news is over the road. Also the guy I asked didn't seem to have heard of subversive caption guy. It could be that it is a BBC-wide conspiracy and they don't talk about it to outsiders (or contractors). I'll let you know if I hear any more though. :)
