Tired and I want to go to bed

I thought I should put something in here, even if just apologies for not writing much.

Work has been a bitch recently but that is what everybody says. Main problem being that I have stuff that I can't really do and I've been too embarrassed to admit it and now its way overdue and I'm being shouted at. My fault but I'm coping. Essentially though I am trying to work uber-hard to catch up at the moment so am not having much time for much else. When I am not working late (like tonight) I generally collapse at home or something.

Was out RPing last night and really wish I wasn't because I was knackered. It was quite fun though and got to see a mad friend on a massive sugar rush because he ate too much pixie crack. He is fidgety at the best of times, it was just funny to watch him on sugar. :)

Anyway, gonna go find my ICQ number and then go to bed I think.

Oh, I might have to plug trillian first too. Its a great IM type program available from http://www.ceruleanstudios.com which lets you do AIM, ICQ, IRC, MSN and Yahoo all in one really nice package. Been playing with it loads over the last few days so soon I will be uber contactable (though naturally I won't be getting an AIM account ).

Oh, and tomorrow is going to be fun. Company Christmas lunch starting at 1 (probably be stopping work at about 12) and then Krystyna's christmas christmas party in the evening. I just hope that I am not too drunk by the evening. :) I promise I'll be good, kryssy. :)

well its better than the last version :o)

been playing with the skins for it

it does have a few flaws tho
and people used to using all the mesengers separately will prob be missing some functionality

oh and if you try nd use the emoticons most of em dont work in most messengers ;o)

apart from THAT it is funky and it does keep everything in one place..

the MSN Messenger doesn't work on mine. It just plain refuses to accept the MSN servers as possibly being the right ones.

definitely much better than a year ago. I remember looking at it and thinking 'this'd be cool if it works, but it doesn't.'

my only real complaint is that it can't import icq contact lists, since i'm not going through the nonsense of getting everyone's permission again, although i might just use trillian when when i fdisk my computer over new years and have to get new permissions anyhow.

now if I'd just been looking in the add area instead of the prefs...

i'm not sure about trillian though. it seems to be crashing my system when winamp is running. not even windoze is so unstable that four hangups in 3 hours is normal when almost nothing is running.

It would be so nice if you'd get an AOL IM account. If you did, I wouldn't need to use Trillian and could go back to just using NIM, which doesn't seem to stall as much as trillian (that and the fact that I've been unable to get IM out of my startup stuff. I've changed the setting in the prefs and checked all the startup stuff I know how to do, but I really don't want to play with regedit and kill my computer)
