I watched eurovision on saturday. I even voted. But the russians *were* really cute and had not a bad song in a Girls Aloud kind of way... I should stop now.

Went for a lovely walk on shotover afterwards when the clouds parted to show us stars. It was wonderful and I remember now why I used to go up there to look at the stars at times. Must try to do that more over the summer when the weather is nicer and I can lie down somewhere and watch them.

Played exalted on sunday which was excellent as always. We're in a strange place and I have found my character has a list and is quite happy to ignore people on the list until he gets to them. I think this is why he was quite so civil to the dead dude. That and he's not sure about them. Oh, adn killing a city full of ghosts might be a challenge, even for a bunch of solars. Awesome fun though.

Saw spiderman 3 tonight. I really enjoyed it. Some bad bits in it and despite being quite long felt a bit rushed in places and a bit slow near the beginning. I loved the final fight scene though. I cut the evening off early since I had some work I needed to finish off. I came home and mood crashed though. Might as well have stayed out another hour. Bed soon and maybe wake up early tomorrow and get what I need done, done. It shouldn't take too long.

Oh, and my Sky is down at the moment which means that Heroes didn't record tonight. I suspect that a damn tree may have been growing but sky have failed to get back to me. I guess I'll haev to see if I have time to phone them again tomorrow. Luckily I know somebody at work has copies of all the heroes and more. I'll get it off him.

Anyway, time to go sleep off this mood. Just thought I'd share some of my life. A bit of a snapshot, if you like.

I voted for the Germans, I liked the big-band swing stuff. The Russian act reminded me of Tatu. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing you understand.

Shotover is lovely. When we moved from Oxford to Feltham, I really missed all the big parks. Ashford is rather better in that respect and, with season tickets to Kew, I reckon we're finally getting our big park fix again.
