House update

Today is a good and a bad day. It is a good day because my house has stuff in now. And not just hte junk I cart from house to hosue but actual useful stuff. My parents came round last night and were going to bring "some things" that they had lying around. They turned up with a car full of stuff. So I now have curtains, glasses,plates, cuttlery, kitchen utensils, cleaning stuff, some camp chairs and table for the living room, and all manner of other minor things I've probably forgotten. Combine this with getting a fridge delivered this morning and I actually have a house that is almost a home.

I've still not fully settled on where I want bits of bedroom furniture to be but I think I have a better idea. Once that has settled I can unpack a lot of stuff into drawers and onto shelves and clear some space in the living room. Then I just have to get TV/internet sorted. The plan was to go with sky for this but there are complications currently arising with the Freeholder of the building who I hope is just confused. If he's not then he's instead just being annoying. hopefully I'll sort out that soon and can move my TV and stuff over. And then I'll be in my own home with TV, consoles and all that and it will be great. :)

So why is it a bad day? Well, the sky issues with the freeholder are obviously part of it. And the other part is getting a crappy amount of sleep since I gave my parents my bed and slept on an inflatable mattress and it wasn't as comfortable as I might have thought. In fact I woke up a lot with various aches and pains in back and neck and generally am today knackered. And unfortunately me being tired often makes me miserable and that is mainly why today is being bad. Still, I've mostly got out of the way the really dull stuff I've been doing at work and get to bugfix soon. :)
