This time I mean it
Oct. 8th, 2002 04:58 pmThe site is with OPS for final testing. I've told two people so far too sod off with extra changes. One of which was apparently quite important but fortunately I didn't have to tell him directly. :)
This means that by 5:30 the site *should* be live. I'll try to put an ammendment on here if it is. You'll be able to tell because the front page will have mention of the delightful gail porter (mmmm.... nice).
This means that I am in that worst stage. HAving been frantically doing stuff *all* day I am now sitting waiting for other people. The code is frozen and so I just sit and trawl on LJ until other people finish testing. Hopefully that will work fine (I cry if not) and I then get to go home. *fingers*
[time passes]
And before I even finished that we seem to be live. Woohoo!! please go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/talent/ipresenters/ and go vote for people. :) Tell me also if there are any errors you find (of any kind). Either here or on my work address (chris.venus@bbc.co.uk).
