Anybody remember that lasers game? You had to shine a laser through given squares and you had things like mirrors, refractors and splitters to help you. It was a great game and I was wondering if it was still around or if there was anything similar.

I remember playing it. Along with anotherone that involved balls and seesaws and mice and fans and being able to turn gravity up and down...

But I don't have copies of either.

Just for the record, there were at least a couple of these on the Atari ST. One was called Mindbenders, and had theming based on wizards and elves, rather than lasers. The other was called Deflektor, I think. You could probably emulate either, but I imagine there must be freeware PC versions of the game. Wouldn't be immensely difficult to write one either.

I tihnk they gave Deflektor away on a coverdisk once, 100 levels I think, I was so proud when I completed that in a day when I was 13 odd, even impressed my parents as it showed some logic skills rather than just mindless shooting :)
