Star Wars transformers

Star wars is cool. Transformers is cool. So why do I not think that star wars transformers are cool?

Because Luke Sky walker turning into an x-wing is lame. It'd be cool if they just had transformers that were robots into star wars vehicles but turning named characters who aren't robots into vehicles is just plain odd. Still, I thought you lot might be interested. In particular foulds who I mentioned this to earlier.

It's not as if they're even good transformers or good models of the ships (the less said about the 'character' models the better, but what the fuck? what the fuck? what the fuck? I wouldn't have known that was ObiWan without being told)

If you remember back 15 years to the "Pretenders" line of transformer toys you'll see something equally as evil and bad and wrong. Or plainly just ugly.

Transformers are great, and they're still one of my fondest childhood memories... (hmm, Transformers: The Movie is one of my greatest vices too.) But please, leave them alone .. (though what this forthcoming live action movie will be like is anyone's guess.)

The General Grievous one kinda makes sense to a degree and looks the best in my opinion, but you're very true, the rest are lame.

What would be cool though, would be if there was a Yoda that transformed into R2-D2 - the two most kick-ass characters, their powers combined into a leet death dispensing power house of destruction! ;)

You fool! Now you feel the true power of the Hasbro. Soon they'll be making crossover models of all kinds: he-man my little ponies, which are kinda centaur figures with muscly sword-wielding torsoes and pretty pink horsey ... er... torsoes, with a nice rainbow logo on the rump.
