If anybody is bored here is something to while away your time...

For some of them you will probably need to be able to play around with images. The ones after the images are also much easier. They have codes, maths and general knowledge. I guess some of the maths ones might be tricky if you're not as good at maths as I am. :) It is jolly good fun though. Oh, look at the time. I should do some work... :)

Its to do with the way the image is dotted as it is. The easy solution is remarkably elegant (and doesn't need anything outside of IE). Or you can do what I did and arse around with a graphics package. :)

Are you using IE as reccomended? http://www.etienne.nu/imagepuz/sumpkult/image6.jpg has the answer for me in IE... In firefox it just tells you that its not a valid image. IIRC its something of a naughty bug in IE with it ignoring the content type and just guessing what the data file returned is.

Got it in the end by downloading it and changing the extension to .txt.

That'll do it too. I spent far too long looking in the source of some of these image files. I thought some of them would be cleverer than they are. :)

Only the black is releavant for the answer. But the black is a bit subtly hidden (was to me at least).

Nope - still stuck, I'm afraid. Of course, all I have to work with the thing is paintbrush.

Go to http://www.gimp.org/ and download the gimp. Certainly the way I solved some of them was that way. Although thinking about that one in particular you should be able to solve it with paintbrush. I used the fill tool for that one...

The best hint I can give you is that its not a greyscale image... Well, that's the subtlest hint I can give. I can give more hitns if needs be. :)
