Buffytastic dreaming

chrisvenusWell, I just woke up from some cool dreamage. Definitely buffyish. Had her and giles in it so it must have been.
Weird plot. Some bad guy had put some nasty insecty things growing in buffy and she needed to get them out. There was time travel involved such that we went back in time with some knowledge of how to save her (at last an excuse for having precog in my dreams).
The bits I remember started in a burning shop. Buffy had died in the shop (can't remember why but I think she had). However due to the joys of tiem travel as I was standing outside the shop (possibly in an early angelesque fashion, I'm not sure) she emerged from the shop running past all the officials including the police (who I believe wanted to arrest her).
There then proceeded a not very buffy-esque jumping from rooftop to rooftop to get somewhere quickly (think crouch tiger or matrix style high jumping to get where you want, running down railings and so on).
Then there was the clown who was a villain of another plot (not the insecty one I think). I knew he was trying to talk to buffy so as the two of us were rollerblading down the street (no, I have no idea why we were) I crashed into him and held him up for long enough that buffy was inside the university before he could catch up with her.
Inside she was looking decidedly peeky (I mentioned the nasty crap growing in her, right?) and was thus being a bit out of it. Vaguely worth mentioning I suppose that the university was very cool. Much more oxford like than the stuff they have in america. :)
Anyway, a bit more muddling through university interacting with various people (including I believe somebody (teacher maybe) that was having an affair with his secretary) and one of her tutors that had previously been annoyed with her for some reason and wasn't this time round (go us!). Finally we got to giles in a nice little giles-y sort of office. We discover that we had in fact foiled both villains. The clown was arrested for causing a disturbance (demanding that he got to see buffy) and the other guy was arrested for something else, possbily arson. :)
There was much hugging of buffy by me when we realised she no longer had things in her and thus wasn't going to die. Giles stood somberly by and put his hand out for me to shake. :)
Anyway, that was that. Probably not very interesting to most people but I like to record my dreams every now and then. At least whenthey aren't too odd and I feel they might be of at least some interest to others.
There were probably lots of meanings I could read into the dream but I'm not going to share any of those with you lot. I'll let you theorise at your own meanings. :)
