Two people talking about a word document they were looking at with respect to a complaint one was e-mailing to some people...
"Just print that page off and add it to your e-mail."
In her defence it was folloew very quickly by "Wait, you can't do that." but I was shocked that it would even *occur* to anybody.
I'm afraid. Very afraid. :)
