Bad start to a day
Jul. 23rd, 2002 09:42 amI get into work and one of the first e-mails I receive points at todaybeing potentially bad. :( I sent an e-mail detailing an upcoming bugfix for some of the software we are using with the affects that having this bugfix will have (since we already have workarounds in place). The reply I get from the technical lead on the project is "On live we are running the Official build, so this should no longer be an issue." Oh, that's good to know. Strange how he hasn't had any experience with this yet knows more than me and the microsoft guys releasing the bug fix. Oh wait, look the bug is still on the live system.
Grrrr.... I'm goign to try not to let this put me in a foul mood for the day. Instead I am going to go and set myself milestones. *nod* yes, mini-milestones are what I need... :)

I agree. But it is. Which is why I want to apply the bugfix.
Love,
Chris.
