We need a montage!

While watching Team America there was a montage and they did this "we need a montage" song. I new it seemed familiar and as I watch some old south park I find where its from. They did a similar joke in that (stan learning to ski).

Not interesting to most people I'm sure but it was really bugging me after I saw the film.
