Old comment e-mails?

chrisvenusSince I've now seen two people put posts up being surprsied by this and numerous people going "me too!" I thought I'd post a little public information thingy here...
http://www.livejournal.com/community/lj_maintenance/85333.html is a post from the LJ maintenance community that mentions e-mails that got lost down the back of the sofa. I suspect that it just took them a while longer than expected to flush the comments through the system.
So no, your mail isn't broken. Yes, Its LJ's fault.
